I am touched with Nia by the Joy   it gives me and my students. In Nia I really get in touch with myself; my body, mind and spirit. I really feel and develop.   Nia gives me a lot of Energy in the class and throughout my whole life; Nia has become a Lifestyle.

   I did my White, Green and Blue Belt with Ann Christiannsen in Hamburg (Germany) and Melle/Gent (Belgium). I am very excited about my upcoming Brown Belt (july 2012) in Portland with Ann, Helen Terry and Debbie Rosas.

   Before I taught in a sportsschool. I loved it and had also some injuries and missed something...till I saw just the pictures of a Nia lesson..... Bingo!   Still grateful, thank you Nia!
