It was love at first step, sound and sigh!
I've always loved to dance but never had any formal training. So what I love most about Nia is that I feel like it's my own gig, my dance, my own way. Whether I want it to be showy, go inward, be dramatic, get silly, go low-key or enthusiastic - it's always fun and rewarding to my body, mind and spirit!
I completed my Nia White Belt training with the incredible and inspiring Martha Randall in Ottawa, 2010.
So come "express yourself" your way and come play!
