I finally found the exercise regime for me...Nia..I love how Nia can be combined with all of my interests, ie. Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Yoga, Art & Creativity. It's truly a holistic approach to exercise since it incorporates the Body, Mind & Soul. I am enjoying sharing this very creative technique with my students by teaching them how they can incorporate the concepts of Nia into their lives and have fun while exercising.
