My first Nia experience was in January 2005. I enjoyed Nia's creativity as it combines dance, martial arts and relaxation. Next June I went to WB in Åland and I've been teaching Nia since that. Year 2008 I had my Blue Belt Intensive. Guiding Nia gives me a lot of joy and also energy to my work as a psychologist. I teach 5 different groups in Turku, Kaarina and Naantali. Happy faces and satisfied dancers are the best reward to me. You are warmly welcomed to my Nia classes.
