I was bored with traditional Aerobics, searched the Internet, made a typo and found Nia (Nia found me, I guess), was invited to a workshop, was amazed, sensed something, felt something, enjoyed the method, recognized the health and warmth in it, flew to Hamburg to Ann and was embraced and enlightened with the White-Belt-Intensive (without having been to a regular Nia-Class at all) - and fell in love. Nia has changed my body, my attitude to life and enhanced my knowledge of my home = body. I make a living as a self-employed Gym-Instructor and Stresstherapist, I teach Qi-Gong and Pilates and I am dancing through life since Nia touched me. Now - some years later - Nia and I are holding hands, and despite or because of developments on either parts, we are still in love. Good.
