Carla Warneke, a NIA and yoga instructor, began Nia teacher training in 1994 and brings years of teaching experience to students. She has studied and trained with The NIA Technique creators, Debbie and Carlos Rosas, and contemporary healer, shaman, and teacher of progressive psychology, Wilbert Alix. Carla is certified at the NIA black belt level and has facilitated classes in a wide variety of settings in the Houston community, including the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center's Integrative Medicine Clinic. She is currently in the the training program to become a Next Generation Nia Trainer.
