I am madly, deeply and passionately in love with Nia. Once I discovered Nia (or rather ~ she discovered me ) I was completely hooked. I had taught fitness classes and Yogawise for a number of years. I tried Nia once and the magic soon began to unfold with my whitebelt training. I left my other path as aerobics instructor and dove head first into teaching Nia. My connection with my feminine energy truly blossomed and this path has only begun..... I am very blessed with a tremendously supportive family ~ they have encouraged me to continue my training which has led me on a magical mystery ride. Breathing in each moment, embracing whatever comes my way, and loving living in my body are just a few of the many, many gifts of Nia.
