My "Adapting a Nia Routine" Booklet is under construction and will be complete for submission with my DVD on Tuesday, July 5.

Today I have completed my Bar notations for music and choreography and these will be included in the above.

I am very pleased with the work that I did to create, present my Routine Adaption Playshop in Houston and deliver the Nia promise during the taping of Mantras in Motion, my routine adaption.  The playshop was 2.5 hours and the class was taped both in the morning at an 8 a.m. class and then in the evening, after the playshop at 5:00 p.m.

Feedback was positive, students/instructors were excited and engaged.  I am grateful for the work that I was able to do, for my music selection and the commitment that I was willing to make.  I am blessed.

It amped it up for me greatly by bringing the format of a playshop to NiaMoves in Houston.  There were 10 at the playshop and 15 in the a.m. class 12 in the p.m.  Yeah!
