Ah-ha--getting there!

I can report with much enthusiasm that I have crossed over once again from frustration to fascination to fun! I'm enjoying my adapt-a-routine development more than ever. Whew....thank goodness.

I had the hidden blessing of getting strep throat which really drew me to sit down and get intimate with my music. During that time I did all my musical bars on the computer which helped me "see" the music. I had never done them via a word doc before and I love how clean and readable they look.

Once becoming intimate with the music, the choreography continued to further emerge. I had a nice foundation going but had not crossed over to really transubstatiating the movements and feeling like the routine was adapted. I feel more of that now and am moving toward embodiment.

I am taping my adapt a routine on August 6th. From there I will complete my choreography bars and fine tune my "booklet". I intend to have the body of work turned in by August 31, my new extension date.
