Notes

I filmed my 52 moves routine one week ago and am very happy to have developed this body of work. I feel much more confident and enlivened about the new product and delivering it. The 52 moves routine has come more to life for me as I explore unique foci and become more playful with their delivery. I have especially liked playing with the sacred geometry of the room, moving in and out of lines and shapes.

I find Cycle 4 the get moving cycle to be an area I need to develop further inorder to deliver the promise of a rock-solid cardiovascular conditioning segment.

Overall though I'm pleased with having gone from a complete state of "I don't get it" (carrying a focus throughout the 52 moves) to "ah, ha...I get it in my mind" and then to "ah, yes I get it more in my body".
