I first heard about Nia in March of 2011 and after taking one look at the Nianow website I knew that this was what I wanted to do with my life. Teach Nia. I figured taking a class would be a good place to start and imediately fell in love. I wanted more. The next logical step was to get my white belt and start teaching. Fortunately there was a white belt being offered by Martha Randall in Victoria in August and all the stars alligned to help make this happen for me. What an amazing experience that was. I am in total awe at how complete, rich and full this practice is. Thank you Debbie and Carlos for your creativity and passion. I can't imagine my life without Nia.
