Notes

Adapting A Nia Routine ratings explanations:

O - I rated myself as "standing" in my objective work with AANR based on my objective work with the 7 cycles, 52 moves, 8BC's, 5 sensations, and 9 movement forms.

S - I rated myself as "walking" in my subjective adaptation of the routine - the transubstantiation of Earthsong into Aerosong. This transformation require a great deal of personal interpretation and uniqueness to adapt the moves of a non-rock routine to the music of a rock routine.

Ca - My craft of working with the music and moves I rated as "standing." I think my 52 moves can have clearer symbology and towards the end of the routine I think there is still more intimate work with the music and adapting of movements to be done- particularly the last two songs of the routine. The craft of these songs could use additional development.

R - My relationship with this routine feels like "standing/walking." I believe the more I teach it this rating will shift entirely into "walking." I feel in intimate (detailed) relationship with just every element of this routine. Moving forward, something that will enhance this relationship will be bringing pearls (AIC), more WB P7, and BRB P13 into my teaching of the routine.
