2 hours gives lots of time to broaden the focus and intent of the Nia Class.

This "Nia Infusion" class runs the 3rd Sunday of each month. The longer class format gives you time to play with full choreography, free movement, group work, floor play and stillness.It is designed for students who love Nia and can't make weekly classes, weekly students who want to deepen their practice and people who love to move and are looking for something different.
