Jill Factor, of Boulder, is a Nia Black Belt teacher and White Belt trainer. She has studied dance most of her life (modern, jazz) and was a member of the 40 Women Over 40 dance group. She discovered Nia 12 years ago and liked it because it combined movement and exercise.
