Rebecca Kelly is a vibrant facilitator, dedicated to the path of conscious embodiment and sharing the JOY of Movement as Medicine. A Black Belt Nia Instructor and Reiki Master, Rebecca has been training in movement and vibrational healing techniques for almost twenty years. Rebecca facilitates retreats nationally and internationally: she is passionate about Freedom, Transformation and Empowering people to shine. `
Tanja Taljaard has been teaching NIA since 2002. She was a Bellydance teacher and performer for seven years, and now facilitates Bellydance workshops for women as a celebration of femininity. She facilitates retreats internationally, most recently in Cambodia, which combines two of her passions - travelling and teaching. As a massage therapist, her deeply nurturing and intuitive treatments are mainly influenced by rhythmic Kahuna bodywork.
TaKeTiNa is a process for activating human and musical potential through rhythm. It is a path in which musical learning always goes hand in hand with personal development. TaKeTiNa can be experienced as a moving meditation and is a profound transformational group learning process. Participants are led in a rhythmical journey where they use their own voice, steps and hands to guide them.
Lila Meleisea is a musician, qualified educator, DRUMBEAT facilitator, and certified TaKeTiNa teacher. She is based on the north east coast of Tasmania where she is inspired by life, her family, friends, and the natural environment. Lila loves to share: music to enliven the spirit; knowledge to fire the mind; universal wisdom to feed the earth soul; and love for health and happiness.
Bec Burns is an osteopath and yoga teacher based in Bells Beach Victoria. Bec teaches a dynamic flowing style of yoga focusing on the breath and alignment. Bec trained in Kerala India in 2009 with her teacher Prahlad, who was originally trained by Shandor - the founder of Shadow Yoga. With her osteopathic expertise, Bec offers specific instructions and adjustments tailored to individual students of all levels.
Gourmet Vegetarian Cuisine catered by Anita Lewis: Angasi Events and Catering. Anita sources delicious ingredients from local farmers and uses organic produce when available. Please inform us of special dietary requirements ie gluten free, vegan etc.
Tanja and Rebecca host regular retreats in Cambodia where they support several charities. A percentage of profits from this retreat will go to The Future of Khmer Childrens Organisation.
