Nia Outreach in South Africa

Our Nia outreach program is taken to the township in Cape Town with Jillian. Her explanation: "These grannies, from a group called Grandmothers Against Poverty and AIDS (GAPA) really got into the groove during a Nia Technique class in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. Some of them sat out when they got tired or stopped when their arthritic joints got sore, but the others were having so much fun they didn't want to stop! "
