The Ripple Effect of Living Life in Balance

In life, when you are balanced and living a life you love, the people around you naturally have more access to being fulfilled in themselves and living the life of their dreams. It's just the way things work. I witness that natural ripple effect in the business of Nia, as well. When Nia teachers are living the life of their dreams, their students are more inspired in their own lives. The practice of Nia serves as access to that expression of Joy and freedom.

Creating the ripple effect of causing Joy in life is at the core of Nia's business model.

One of the results of the ripple effect from practicing Nia is that many students find they are inspired to take an Intensive and then become Nia teachers. The rewards of becoming a teacher are many, and one of the main functions of my position as CEO of Nia Technique Inc. is to develop and maintain a healthy support system and culture for Nia teachers so they may flourish in the accomplishment of all of their dreams and visions. For Nia teachers, their big dreams and visions are most often connected to their relationship with Nia. The very personal and transformational work of Nia is unique to each individual; therefore, our approach to meeting the needs of individual teachers has a certain organic nature to it.

Coupled with the spiritual and emotional rewards teachers experience with Nia are the financial rewards. We at Nia Technique headquarters spend a significant amount of our efforts focused on developing programs and support systems to help Nia teachers accomplish their financial goals. We do this through regular marketing and promotional campaigns where we provide marketing support, including supporting materials and access to one-on-one support during all business hours and sometimes more.

A testament to the power of the ripple effect is development of Nia itself. The deep commitment of Nia founders Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas to their individual and shared exploration of maximizing the experience of life by truly being in their bodies is what led to Nia 25 years ago. Their focus on spiritual and personal growth based on a foundation of being aware and awake in their bodies is the vehicle in which Nia has developed. The multi-dimensional and dynamic nature of Nia has attracted and maintained a community of like-minded individuals, which has created a support system for the integrity of the work. The symbiotic relationship between the people who practice Nia and Nia itself has taken on a life of its own, and ripples its power of transformation to others all over the world.

Creating the ripple effect of causing Joy in life is at the core of Nia's business model. Being part of the unique model of Nia splashes over into my life as well, because my personal mission in life is to be a positive influence on the planet in a significant way. I am blessed to be of service to a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to personal and spiritual exploration, being the best they can be, and serving others.
