ESP–Extra Sensitive Perception

You are wired to sense things in your body and the world. Your internal systems are linked to the external environment via your nervous system, which directs complex processes that take place in the body and sends messages to your brain indicating pleasure, pain, and a myriad of other sensations. This natural ability to experience the sensations of your body is a powerful tool for improving health. By developing Extra Sensitive Perception you can better use what you sense to improve your way of moving and way of being in life.

Pause a moment each day and apply Extra Sensitive Perception to your movement. Sense what is happening in your body and become even more sensitive to what you receive as messages through the skin, bones, and joints. Sense and respond to any slight discomfort by subtly altering what you are doing to feel better. Sensing automatically slows you down. Slowing down helps you move consciously, mindfully, gracefully, and with gentle control that reflects personal power.
