The Five Stages of Self-Healing come from the body’s pre-verbal, primitive processes used to interact in life. When you move through the Five Stages you naturally realign and unify your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. When followed as a practice, these stages lead to changes that improve your body and life. Practicing The Five Stages of Self-Healing daily is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body.
In this issue you will find guidance for building the architecture of the first three stages – Embryonic, Creeping and Crawling. The “architecture” of a stage includes the shape and position of the body in that stage in relation to gravity and the energy flow through the body. It also serves as a symbolic representation of the essence of the stage — the energies to embody, and ways to visualize your body and energies. The graphics included with each stage are symbols of the architecture. Use these in visualizing the essence and shape of the stage.
Use the poetic “Voice of” language for each stage as guidance to align your bones and energies. Embody the architecture of each stage from this guidance. Begin with Embryonic and move through the stages in order. Rest in stillness for a moment to sense the architecture of each stage, and consciously recognize how your body and bones are placed. Meditate for a moment on the symbols of the stage and how they relate to your body and energies. Then, begin moving and use cognitive knowledge and sensation to self-heal. When the architecture in any stage is in “right alignment,” your body’s energy will flow with ease and deliver self-healing benefits to you.
