Tip of the Month

Tai Chi Transitions

Your nervous system is designed to be sensitive and respond to internal and external changes of all kinds of stimulation consciously and through reflex behavior action. Fast and slow, the body is wired to respond, and you have the power to consciously train your body to react and act more masterfully. Slowing down your actions is a way to improve your way of moving and way of being in life.

Tai Chi uses the chemistry of gentle, slow, fluid, circular support. In going through your life and in Nia, use Tai Chi energy to experience soft power, and ease over effort. Use Tai Chi energy to support physical, mental, spiritual and emotional transitions.
