Nia Community

Dear Nia,

As I enter into Nia, my longtime companion of self-doubt continues to accompany me—but with a twist. This morning, on the bus on my way to work, this short poem popped out of me.

My body
is a mixture
of self-love
& self-doubt.

Do not be deceived.

Self-love will prevail
held in memorium
of self-doubt.

Nia honors all.
