Shortly after returning from my Blue Belt Nia training in May, I felt renewed in my relationship with Nia. I felt inspired by the fantastic YouTube videos circulating about Nia and the enthusiasm from Nia Headquarters to get out there and share the Joy!
Our Nia outreach program is taken to the township in Cape Town with Jillian. Her explanation: "These grannies, from a group called Grandmothers Against Poverty and AIDS (GAPA) really got into the groove during a Nia Technique class in Khayelitsha, Cape Town.
