This document outlines the guidelines for legal use of the Nia name, mark ("swish") and registered trademarks in internationally.

Nia trademarks are important assets of Nia Technique, Inc. and should be treated with a high level of care. Anyone licensed by Nia Technique, Inc. may use and promote the Nia name and trademarks, so long as their usage follows the guidelines listed in the Teacher’s License and Agreement and this document. We thank our licensees for contacting us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized or improper use of the Nia trademarks.
