I have been teaching the Nia Technique since 2002, in Chicago and Chesterton, Indiana.  My classes provide cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, core training, balance and alignment, flexibility and imagery, and more.  I use a wide variety of music to engage your imagination and fuel your energy.  My classes have been featured in Today's Chicago Woman and Skyline, and I have appeared on WBBM Channel 2 and WGN Channel 9.

Through my NIa practice, I have experienced not only dramatic improvement in my posture and muscle definition, but also relief of pain from back and shoulder issues.
