Anja completed the Nia White Belt teacher intensive under Canadian Blackbelt Teacher Trainer Martha Randall in March 2007 and the Green Belt intensive training in March 2011 under Canadian Blackbelt Teachers Martha Randall and Roberta Mohler.
She beliefs in regular joy- and playful practice, continuous learning and skill upgrading to deliver the Nia promise to her community. She has participated in master classes, intensive Nia work- and playshops with Nia co-founder Debbie Rosas and Carlos Aya Rosas, Black Belts Zeta Gaudet, Martha Randall, and NGT's Winalee Zeeb, Helen Terry, Kevin Verecke as well as Brown Belts Janet Ragan and Lainie Magidsohn.
