I love to move my body. Walking in the woods, gardening, buidling a bookcase, yoga. They're all good.
And then there's Nia. It moves my body every way my body CAN move. It awakens, it energizes, it heals. It creates a flow of inner wisdom and joy within my body. It engages my mind to dance with my body, together as one. It stirs my emotions and gives me the freedom to feel and express myself. It releases my creative spirit to soar and imagine and manifest. And there's music!
My wife Renee and I love teaching the Nia Moving to Heal class every Monday at 10:45 in StudioNia. And we teach classes of our own in SW Portland studios.
Now I've begun teaching the Nia White Belt Training Course. It offers the gift of greater personal awareness and integration of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. I look forward to sharing that journey with you.
