Sara Shafran has been dancing as long as she has been upright...and joyfully teaching Nia since 2001. She holds a Nia Brown Belt certification and a 300 hour Yoga certification from Moksha Yoga in Chicago.

Sara makes movement accessible to all students encouraging them to explore their creative potential, tap into body awareness and above all, let loose and have fun!
