I fell in love with Nia Thanksgiving 2002.  I love the promise of Nia.  I love delivering it.  I love the music, the movement and the magic.  I love the depth and breadth. I love my body.  I am currently taking a siesta from teaching in order to drop more deeply into my personal practice. I completed my Black Belt in August of 2011 with Debbie and Ann and feel deeply touched and transformed. I will be offering Nia Immersions in 2013 and am available for private work and coaching with Nia teachers and practitioners.
