I discovered Nia in 2004 and have been experiencing transformations in my body and mind ever since.  I came to find Nia at a time when I had two toddler boys at home and desired a way to find myself again as a unique individual.   The physical balance I now have in my life along with my soaring spirit lies within my committment to the practice of Nia.

I bring a lot of energy and physicality to my Nia classes along with a desire to truly help individuals find what Nia means to them.  Join me as I teach you how to dance through life and enjoy every movement and your body's way.
