Going sailing in Greece, Tuesday classes will be covered.

Coming from a background of drama teaching, drama and movement therapy and having harboured a closet dancer for many years, it has not been difficult to embrace Nia dancing.  Been teaching Nia since 2007 and love the joy of movement, the special way Nia energizes you, the freedom to be yourself, the music, the beat, the community - it's all great.  Now we have our own place to dance at The Space Upstairs.
