Nia has been a part of my life since I took my White Belt in 2008 in Hamburg, Germany. I am now living in the metro-Detroit area.
Nia and the Nia philosophy of 'Dancing Through Life' has helped me go through many transitions. I have learned to observe the connections between my thoughts, what happens to my body, and what my emotions are in that one moment of time. Moving through life is a dance and moving to music brings joy and happiness to my body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
