Movement and sports came naturally to me from early childhood. Although I was facinated with dance never had taken a dance class until I found Nia in my local gym in Palos Verdes, California. It just blew me away. For the hour in the class, I let myself be the dancer that I never got to be. I fell in love with Nia and an amazing new life began for me.
I became a Nia instructor in 2004, and it has become my passion to create energizing, expressive, and healing "movement" experiences for me and my students.
