Joy! This is what I felt in my very first Nia class. In my heart, I am a dancer. The movement variety and creative choreography was a perfect fit! Nia is about moving and groovin' to dynamic music, and allowing for expression and creativity. I finally found a workout that I love to do, and I'm getting stronger, more agile, improving flexibility and mobility. Nia helps me feel balanced, strong, and fit, centered and connected to my body in a positive way.
