I had been a practicing Nia student for 5 years in Charlottesville, Virginia where the Nia community was large and active. I decided to go through my white belt training before I relocated to Philadelphia in 2009 in hopes of sharing a practice that I love with new people in a new place. I welcome EVERYONE to find a Nia class and begin the journey of dancing their joy!
