My first experience with Nia was two almost three years ago. I have been dancing since I was a kid and somewhere on the way I stopped.

When I took my first lesson I was amazed by the filling of my body moving, It  made me feel so happy so weightless and connected to myself .

after two years I took the whitebelt intensive with amazing Winalee Zib and Debbie  Rosas and continued my oun Nia development.

I feel Nia is everywhere in my life today. Even when I'm not dancing I'm "thinking Nia" I look at things defferently today and hope to pass it on to as many people as possible.
