כילדה הייתי רקדנית, בלט, פלמנקו וסגנונות אחרים.

כבוגרת עסקתי בעיקר באומנות הלחימה הברזילאית- קפואירה בה אני מתאמנת עד היום!

בשנים האחרונות עם היותי אמא לשלושה ילדים מקסימים החלטתי לעשות כמה שינויים בחיי,

עברנו מהעיר ל"כפר", עזבתי את משרת ההי-טק למען עבודה מהבית בשיווק מוצרי בריאות,

ויחד עם זאת עברתי כמה תהליכי "אימון אישי" , שבהם הגעתי למסקנה שחסר לי משהו מהותי בחיי

כשפגשתי ב'ניה', היה לי מיד ברור שזה מה שחסר לי!

השילוב המדהים בין הריקוד והטכניקה מצד אחד, החופש וההקשבה לגוף מן הצד השני

הניה החזירה לי את השמחה והשלוה!

 מכל שיעור ניה, כמורה או כתלמידה, אני חוזרת מלאה באנרגיות חיוביות המשפיעות על שאר תחומי החיים.

ומאז החגורה הלבנה אני נהנית להדריך 'ניה' ולשתף אנשים נוספים בהרגשה הטובה הזו

As a child I was a dancer, ballet, flamenco and other styles.

As an adult I mainly practice Capoeira the Brazilian martial art - in which I practice till this day!

In recent years, with being a mother of three adorable children, I decided to make some changes in my life,

We moved from the city to the "village", I left a job in high - tech area, for work from home marketing wellness and healthcare products,

And yet I went through several processes of "life coaching", which I concluded that I'm missing something fundamental in my life

When I met Nia, I was immediately clear that this is what I need!

Amazing combination of dance and technique on the one hand, freedom and listening to the body from the other side.

Nia gave me back the joy and harmony!

Any Nia class, as a teacher or a student, I am filling full with positive energies that affect many other areas in my life.

And since I have white belt, I guide more people share this good feeling by 'Nia' .
