Dance and song is my passion, and after years of experiencing and learning many forms or movement (Yoga, Aerobics, Belly Dancing, Latin Dance, Qi gong, Tai Chi) when I found Nia, my life transformed and still is. I welcome any body to come try Nia, first time, or nth time. Each time is a new experience of moving inside the skin. 

As a Bodyworker (Shiatsu) I had massaged people's bodies often and sensed they needed to move. This is what ultimately led me to Nia.

My wish is that all beings connect with their Joy, their inner light, and share it with the world.

Dance on ~ your way ~ down the sidewalk and through life!
