I stepped into my first Nia class in 2004 and loved it. I was a student of Nia until I took training in 2007 and began teaching. When I get up in the morning, I rise with "YES Nia today". Nia has made me stronger and healthier in mind and body. Teaching Nia is a wonderful way for me to share the joy of movement with others. I've been passionate about movement and music since I was a little girl. I'm thankful for Nia.
