My life purpose is to teach and facilitate authentic self –discovery and self-knowing, and to promote self- love and celebration of the physical form. My vision is to awaken in every BODY the ability to self-heal and evolve, one body at a time.

As a Nia Brown Belt and 5 Stages practitioner, I create a safe space to play, to plug into sensation and the freedom to explore. Nia is my movement meditation and medicine – making my soul and body smile.

My background is multi-coloured and multi-faceted, comprising of over 10 years in the world of Advertising and Branding, a year in Investments and Financial Planning and Advice, Teaching in South Africa and abroad, and a Nia practitioner for over 9 years.
