When practicing the first three stages of the Five Stages of Self-Healing, go through them slowly and in order. Notice all the details, the big and small physical changes that occur and add to the freedom and alignment you feel in all 13 Joints. Practice all Five Stages (see the Nia book) and notice how they improve your ability to model the 52 Moves with greater clarity.
When practicing the first three stages of the Five Stages of Self-Healing, practice them slowly, in order, and in relationship to using gravity as a force to help open up and free all 13 Joints. Become aware of which of the Five Sensations you can work with in class to help you improve your ability to comfortably move in and out of the first three stages. Practice all Five Stages (see the Nia book) and witness how your three body weights are aligning in new ways.
When practicing the first three stages of the Five Stages of Self-Healing, practice them slowly, in order, and notice which stage depletes your battery, and which stage increases your battery. Practice all Five Stages (see the Nia book) and use them to ICU. Become aware of what stage you need to energetically spend more time in, and notice which stage helps you become more fluid and interactive with energy fields.
When practicing the first three stages of the Five Stages of Self-Healing, wear your long coat. Practice them slowly, in order, and be in the unknown. Become aware of the sensation of transubstantiation and use it to master fluidity and the art of Dynamic Ease. Practice all Five stages (see the Nia book) and seek new places of creativity, using the stages as a map to play with all of the 52 Principles, and as three moves to integrate into a routine.
