Nia’s Mobility and Stability

Of all of the Five Energies, mobility and stability are the two major dynamics we are constantly challenged to elegantly use and sustain to craft what we want. These dynamics are tools that we use at HQ to make the changes we need to fulfill dreams for the company, and for practitioners of Nia.

As we develop a powerful new strategy and foundation for Nia to build upon in the coming years, we are looking closely at the needs of the whole being that is Nia. Our personal levels of mobility and stability are inexorably tied to all of Nia — to all 1500 teachers, and their students. The knowledge that every decision and choice we make affects so many is something we must constantly consider. As we move through the never-ending process of creative chaos and change we are drawing on mobility and stability consciously, physically, and energetically to birth new ways of doing and being as individuals, and also as a business.

As Nia matures it is gaining new kinds of mobility and stability. From these dynamics we are creating new structures, processes, paths, and maps for the future. In essence we as Nia are Crawling – able to look, listen, and see more clearly the future ahead — the future that we will Stand in and Walk in.
