Practice the Three Planes – low, middle, high – and embody the sensation of a dynamic psoas muscle. Use the soles of your feet as platform to move from so that you sense support coming from underneath, freeing your spine.
In class, in stillness, and throughout your day, integrate the sensation of flexibility to engage opposing energies. Notice how the Core is your center and the place where opposites move from and into.
