Sensing is what you do to know whether or not you are getting the results you want. Flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability are the five sensations responsible for maintaining functional fitness. The dynamic interaction of all five sensations results in balance and harmony. So what do these sensations feel like?
Flexibility is the sensation of energy moving outward.
Agility is the sensation of starting and stopping the movement of energy.
Mobility is the sensation of energy in constant motion.
Strength is the sensation of energy moving inward.
Stability is the sensation of energy at rest.
