Tracy Goldenberg, MA, R-DMT, is a Nia instructor, Somatic Psychotherapist, Registered Dance/Movement Therapist and Mind/Body Educator. She completed her Nia certification in 2004 and has studied various movement modalities including: modern dance, Yoga, Authentic Movement, Bharata Natyam, and Pilates for over 20 years. Tracy is an adjunct professor at Naropa University where she teaches undergraduate and graduate coursework on embodied movement, clinical neuroscience, psychology, and the mind-body connection. Tracy truly embodies a unique marriage of the art and science of the body. Her Nia classes encourage students to fulfill their highest potential!
