Nia has been a wonderful part of the magic Life works on me when I am open to receiving. It has helped me gain a renewed sense of alignment within the core of my being.  I love practicing the techniques of Nia both in the studio as a work out and throughout each day as inspiration to dance through life.

As I continue to grow and learn in all realms of my life - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual -  the tools that Nia provides inspire me to reach further, live stronger, play joyfully and love deeply - beginning with myself.
