Practicing Nia has helped me find a harmonious balance in my body, mind, spirit connection. I love the flow and gentle movements of Nia, combined with mindful awareness. Nia promotes the way of the Sacred Athlete and this is what drew me to study the Nia belt intensives and to share Nia with others as a teacher. Nia is more than an exercise routine for the body - it is a wholistic fitness and lifestyle practice that touches each person in a unique way. Nia is a movement based journey of the body, mind and spirit.
