Dancing through Life
For as long as I can remember, I've always enjoyed movement forms like dancing, yoga and sports. And I've always been intrigued by the body, mind, spirit connection; by the wholistic approach to well being that recognizes the profound impact our mind, emotions and spirit have on our physical body and vice versa. That’s why I was drawn to Nia.
Nia is an incredible practice that has helped me heal physically and grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually. What I love most about Nia is that it integrates the “whole” person and the principles of Nia, such as re-discovering the Joy of Movement, can enrich all areas of my life, not just while I'm exercising.
Nia is a fantastic workout that is fun and energizing. I come away from every Nia class, whether I’m taking the class or teaching it, feeling better, more centered, more accepting, more aliveness and love!
Dancing Nia adds a layer of richness and a sense of connection that I love sharing and that I am grateful for everyday.
I look forward to dancing with you!
