I came to Nia exhausted and overworked. Once the music started, it was like a whole new part of me was nurtured. It did more than just offer me fitness; it offered relaxation, fun and a chance to keep doing what I love: moving my body and being creative. I am a retired secondary school teacher with thirty years of experience teaching Dramatic Arts, and now a black belt Nia instructor.
