I have been practicing Nia for over 15 years.  What I love about NIia is that it allows freedom of expression within the context of an organic movement form. I love the diversity of techniques that are incorporated into the Nia dance. This form of movement nurtures my  body,  spirit, and  mind. I have overcome back pain, neck pain and achieved  both physical and emotional health through Nia which has helped tremendously in my day to day life & well being.  I encourage  you to discover the Joy of Movement through Nia and find your place of Joy through the power of NIA.
