To enter into your body and discover your purpose, your sacred mind, emotions, spirit, and the path of Nia, is a journey worth taking. It is one Carlos I were chosen to create and share. As Carlos prepares to retire, this is the path I will continue, as this is my purpose. Nia is how I Create My Sacred Livelihood. Nia is how I step into my greatness and fulfill my desire to become a Sacred Athlete.
